Electronic Tickets

Electronic tickets are available through the Straz To Go app or by visiting wallet.strazcenter.org from any web browser. If you chose e-tickets as the delivery method when you purchased, your e-tickets should be automatically reflected in your Straz To Go app.

The first time you use the new e-tickets wallet in the Straz To Go app, you will need to log in using your Straz Center account login and password.

Your tickets should appear shortly after you purchase. Please check your wallet for your tickets before you arrive to your event.

For greater ticketing security, the e-tickets feature a dynamic QR code instead of a traditional bar code. The QR code changes frequently, so do not screenshot or print your QR codes. This QR code will be available on the day of the show, just before the lobby doors open.

E-tickets can be shared. If you need to share your tickets, please call the Ticket Sales Office at (813) 229-7827 or use the Share feature within the app or digital wallet.

E-TICKETS GUIDE

If you purchased electronic tickets you can access them through the Straz To Go App, or log on to your digital wallet using your Straz Center account email and password. The app login screen (left) and digital wallet login screen (right) look like this.

If logged in to the app, you will find all your electronic tickets for future events under “My E-Tickets". If logged in to your digital wallet, electronic tickets will be found under “My Events.” To access the electronic tickets, you can tap one of the events to open the Ticket View. You may be asked to log in again with your Straz Center account to see your event list.

In the Ticket View, you will see your seat location, number of tickets and when to expect the QR code to begin displaying. Once the dynamic QR code is available, it is important to note that screenshots cannot be taken because it will change about every 30 seconds, so a screenshot will be invalid if scanned at the door. This is a security feature to help prevent fraudulent ticket sales.

If you have multiple tickets for an event, you can flip through them by tapping the arrows or swiping right and left. Tap “Ticket Details” for information like the order ID and legal disclaimer.

From the Ticket View, you can also click the "SHARE TICKETS" button to send your tickets to others.

If you wish to share your tickets, you will be prompted with this screen. Here, you will enter the recipient's name and select which seats you'd like to share. Once you confirm that you want to share your tickets, enter the recipient's email address to digitally mail them their tickets and performance information.

To see electronic tickets from past events, tap “History.” This history will only contain the tickets that were delivered through the E-tickets system. Previous e-ticket formats like the Mobile App barcode or a Print At Home electronic ticket will not display in the E-tickets history.
