
Thank you for your interest in a ticket donation from Straz Center, a 501c3 non-profit organization. Because of the hundreds of requests received annually, we are only able to reply to organizations that will receive tickets.
All requests must be submitted in writing. Please review all the following qualifying guidelines and policies below, before submitting your request:
1) The requesting organization must be local, within a quick driving radius of Straz Center.
2) The donation request must be submitted by a team member of the requesting organization on organization letterhead. We must have only one point of contact from the organization, who also must be an employee of the organization.
3) Donation requests on behalf of an organization are not accepted, nor are requests from third-party fundraisers.
4) The requesting organization must be a registered 501c3, or other non-profit, and the IRS designation letter must accompany the request.
5) Make sure your request includes: day, date, time and location of the event; anticipated number of attendees; a description of your charity and those it serves
6) Requests must be received more than eight weeks before the event or the commitment due date, whichever is earlier.
7) Organizations are eligible to receive two tickets every other year to be used in support of the organization’s mission.
8) Provide address where the certificate may be mailed if your request is approved, along with a contact name, phone number and email address. Contact information must be a team member of the non-profit.
