They are passionate about giving excellent service and assist our guests in scanning tickets, providing relevant information, directing guests to seats and ensuring their overall experience is exceptional. We will ensure you are given comprehensive training and have all the tools you need to delight our customers. Donor Lounge Host
Our passionate team of Lounge Hosts welcome our donors to the exclusive Bravo Club, greeting each donor at the entrance and assisting with any hosting duties pre-show and during intermission.

Retail
At particular times during our season, we offer additional merchandise to our guests. As a retail volunteer you will be part of the team which creates enticing merchandise displays, serves our guests at the retail sales points, provide exceptional customer service, as well as be involved with pricing and keeping inventory.

Administrative
Several teams at the Straz have administrative opportunities for volunteers to support our back of house operations. An administrative volunteer will provide excellent internal customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, as well as complete other light admin duties, such as scanning, data entry, printing and filing paperwork.
