  • Some are born to puppeteer. Some have puppeteering thrust upon them. Spencer Meyers falls into the latter category. Read more for a behind the scenes look at the puppetry in The Butterfly's Evil Spell.

  • Stage fright is the scourge of many performers across all disciplines. Performers who suffer with it can at least know they’re in good company. Pianist and composer Robin Spielberg, though, does address performance anxiety head on. Robin will present a workshop, Overcoming Performance Anxiety, on May 20, prior to her performance that evening in TECO Theater.

  • When the works of renowned choreographers are staged, someone will be there to ensure they are staged to the choreographer’s specifications. That someone is a repetiteur, and Philip Neal is one. For our purposes, he’s two.
